03. Will Lauren be there on the day?
Yes. I am on-site for the full day to manage suppliers, oversee timings, make announcements and act as the single point of contact for everyone present.
On-the-Day Management begins from 6 weeks before the wedding day. Partial planning begins earlier, to manage supplier sourcing, logistics, infrastructure and spreadsheets. Leaving you free to enjoy the fun part of wedding planning.
02. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PARTIAL PLANNING AND ON-THE-DAY MANAGEMENT?
01. when do couples come to you for partial planning?
Once the venue is confirmed or the decision to go with a marquee has been made. Most have a couple of suppliers already in place and are ready for me to manage everything from that point on.
04. Which suppliers do the couple handle directly?
Couples tend to work directly with the church or registrar to keep this element personal, along with outfits, attire and rings. Leaving me to manage everything else.
